What is your shipping policy?

• Orders leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days.

• Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $40

• Standard shipping time (2-5 days)

What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You must pay the cost of shipping to have the item returned to our warehouse.

What Do I Do If My Package Is Lost?

If your tracking information shows as “delivered” but you have not received the item we always suggest first checking front or side porches and seeing if the package was possibly left with a neighbor.

If you are not able to locate your shipment, please contact our support team right away. Some items may be eligible for a replacement.
